I designed this Investor Memorandum for a property that LMSL Group was interested in developing. The document presents to potential investors the objectives, risks, and investment terms surrounding the funding round. Although this is a corporate document, giving details about financial, legal and technical matters, it doesn't have to be boring!
My design engagingly showcases the product, making use of infographics and illustration to visually summarise data. The layout is thoughtful and modern, providing information with clarity and refinement.
